A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may revoke it within 14 calendar days without giving reasons, with the buyer having to bear the full costs of returning the goods. Detailed information about returns can be found in section 8.8 of the General Terms and Conditions.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a declaration before it expires. The declaration of withdrawal can be submitted, for example:
- in writing to the following address: Przedzalniana Str. 6L, 15-688 Bialystok;
- in electronic form by email to the following address: info@badezimmer-rea.de
A sample cancellation form is included in point 11 of the general terms and conditions. The consumer can use the form template, but it is not mandatory.

The period for withdrawing from the contract begins:
- for a contract in which the seller releases the product and is obliged to transfer his ownership (e.g. sales contract) – from the taking over of the product by the consumer or a third party designated by him other than the carrier and in the case of a contract , which: (1) includes many products delivered separately, in batches or in parts – from the possession of the last product, batch or part or (2) from the regular delivery of products for a certain period of time – from the possession the first of the products;
- for other contracts – from the contract date.

In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered void.

The Seller is obliged, no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of the Consumer’s declaration of withdrawal from the contract, to return all payments made by him, including costs for the delivery of the Product (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the shipping method chosen by the Customer and other than the cheapest standard shipping method available in the online shop) to be returned to the consumer. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment method as the Consumer, or with the other one if the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different return method that does not incur any costs for him. If the seller has not offered to collect the product from the consumer himself, he may withhold the reimbursement of payments received from the consumer until receipt of the product or until the consumer presents proof of its return, whichever occurs first entry.

The consumer is obliged to return the product to the seller immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of his withdrawal from the contract, or to hand it over to a person appointed by the seller to collect it, unless the seller has offered to return the product to pick up yourself. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the product before it expires. The consumer can return the product to the following address: Przedzalniana Str. 6K, 15-688 Bialystok.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product if he uses it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Possible costs related to the consumer’s withdrawal from the contract that the consumer must bear:
If the consumer has chosen a product delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method available in the online store, the seller is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs incurred by the consumer.

The consumer bears the costs of returning the product.

In the case of a product that is a service, the provision of which began – at the express request of the consumer – before the expiry of the period for withdrawing from the contract, the consumer who makes use of the right of withdrawal after submitting such a request is obliged to: services provided must be paid until the contract is withdrawn. The amount of payment is calculated in proportion to the scope of the service provided, taking into account the price or remuneration agreed in the contract. If the price or remuneration is too high, the basis for calculating this amount is the market value of the service provided.

The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts:
- for the provision of services, if the seller has provided the service in full with the express consent of the consumer, who has been informed before the start of the service that he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract after the service has been provided by the seller,;
- where the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market, to which the seller has no influence.
